Billing
Modifying your plan
You can modify your plan level, cycle and addons per application from the application Settings page. These actions can only be taken by team owners and administrator users.
Navigate to the application Settings panel using the "More Settings" link on the Application Overview page using sidebar "Settings" link.
Just like when you create a new application, when you update your plan, you can select Monthly or Annual billing and choose a plan tier.
Updating to a more expensive plan will create an additional prorated charge on your card. Updating to a less expensive plan will return funds for unused time to your customer credit balance, less the prorated charge for your new plan. If you're looking for a refund to your card, please contact us from our support panel.
Cancelling your plan
If you'd like to cancel your plan, you must remove the application completely. To do so, navigate to the application settings panel and use the provided "Destroy" action.
This will completely delete your application. If you want to save your work, be sure to request a backup and download it before destroying your environment.
Destroying the environment will return funds for unused time to your customer credit balance. If you're looking for a refund to your card, please contact us from our support panel.
Modifying your payment details
TangibleXP uses Stripe Billing to collect payment details. To update your billing information click the "Billing" link under the account heading in your sidebar, and you'll be taken into a Stripe Billing Portal session where you can add and remove payment methods, view invoices and update your billing information. If you don't see the "Billing" link in your sidebar, you don't hold an admin, owner, or billing role. If you would like to purchase a plan but haven't yet input your billing information, follow the steps in our Creating your first application documentation to get started.
If you cancel your plan via Stripe Billing all of your applications will be removed by TangibleXP staff at the end of your current subscription term.
